With a rich and diverse experience in the field of general medicinal practice, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to improving healthcare outcomes for communities. Dr. Seema holds an MPH (Master in Public Health) from MIT-WPU in Pune, a B.A.M.S from Tilak Ayurvedic College in Pune, and postgraduate diplomas in Medico Legal Systems and Emergency Medical Services from Symbiosis and Ruby Hall Clinic, respectively. Her thirst for knowledge and excellence is evident in her achievements, including the Topper in her batch with a remarkable score of 92% in the Certificate of Health Research Fundamentals from ICMR and NIE. Dr. Seema has also earned certifications in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) for Ethics committee members from ISCR, further showcasing her dedication to upholding ethical standards in research. With over 16 years of experience in general medicinal practice, Dr. Seema continues to make a significant impact on public health and nutrition through her work with Sahayata NGO.

Her training at Silicon Research Laboratory provided her with hands-on experience, where she dedicated her efforts to studying acute lymphoblastic leukemia and the inhibitor "cxcr4." Akansha's work in this area demonstrates her commitment to exploring innovative solutions to combat complex diseases. With a curious and analytical mindset, she continuously seeks to push the boundaries of scientific knowledge and contribute to advancements in the medical field.

Sayali is a highly accomplished biotechnologist with a strong academic background and an impressive portfolio of research projects. She holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the prestigious IIT Indore and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Fergusson College Pune. During her academic journey, Sayali has showcased her expertise in various research endeavors. One of her notable research projects involved genetic engineering techniques for the recombinant expression of a novel enzyme. She skillfully conducted cloning, recombinant expression, and protein purification using affinity chromatography, exploring the enzyme's potential as a biocatalyst for substrate conversion into valuable products. For her Master's thesis project, Sayali focused on developing drug delivery vehicles for tuberculosis treatment. This project entailed the preparation and characterization of metal organic frameworks (MOFs) using diverse analytical techniques. She successfully investigated the MOFs' capabilities as drug carriers for targeted and effective drug delivery in the fight against tuberculosis.

Dr. Vibin Ramakrishnan is a Professor of Biosciences and Bioengineerig, IIT Guwahati. Dr. Vibin recieved his Masters in Applied Chemistry from Cochin University of Science and Technology and Ph.D. from School of Biosciences and Bioengineering, IIT Bombay. He held roles as Postdoctoral Research Associate at Rennsselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York and a Faculty scientist at IBAB Bangalore, before joining Department of Biosciences & Bioengineering at IITG. He has about 60 publications in reputed international journals and 10 patents, including an international patent to his credit. He is the principal scientific advisor of two biotech companies. Vibin is the editorial board member of two reputed journals, Journal of Controlled Release of Elsevier and Scientific Reports of Nature publishing group. The Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India has awarded Vibin, the Innovative Young Biotechnologist Award (IYBA) in the year 2007-08 to recognize his contributions and innovative approach in biotechnology research.

A Distinguished Professor in Biosciences and Biomedical Engineering at the esteemed Indian Institute of Technology Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Dr. Kodgire's illustrious academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Dr. Kodgire pursued postdoctoral positions at the University of Chicago and the Cancer Research Institute, USA, focusing on cutting-edge studies in Molecular Genetics, Cell Biology, and Leukaemia. Throughout his career, Dr. Kodgire has been at the forefront of groundbreaking research, making significant contributions in diverse fields. Notably, he was instrumental in launching the Recombinant Human Erythropoietin (Epox/Wepox), India's first Biosimilar Erythropoietin (EPO) during his tenure at Wockhardt Research Centre. In addition to his research accomplishments, Dr. Kodgire's teaching prowess has earned him the Excellence in Teaching award from IIT Indore in 2016. He has been the recipient of several esteemed fellowships, including the Ramanujan fellowship, Irvington Institutes postdoctoral fellowship, and International postdoctoral fellowship award, among others. These honors reflect his exceptional contributions to the scientific community.
